The terms and conditions relate to the bookings made on the website www.alpinline.ch. The online booking allows customers (hereinafter called the “Customer”) to book and pay for their ticket online before taking part in the zip line at the Grande Dixence Dam.
The AlpinLine is a leisure activity implemented and run by Theytaz Bazar SA (hereinafter called the “Seller”)
General
Tickets
The ticket bought by the customer is only valid for the time slot you have chosen. The customer has the possibility to reschedule or cancel (See Refunds section for more details) the reservation up to 48 hours before the departure time.
Vouchers
Your voucher is valid for 24 months. After this date the voucher is not valid or refundable.
Vouchers are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they can only be used as a means of payment. The voucher amount will be deducted from the amount of the bill before te transaction is complete.
Personal Data
Information provided to us will not be saved. Once you have completed the activity and the equipment has been given back your details will be deleted within 24 hours.
Bookings
Individual bookings (up to 10 people)
For online booking, the payment options are ; by credit card or the Twint e-payment system. The amount shown on the bill is in Swiss Francs which includes taxes and transaction fees. Theytaz Bazar SA is not subject to VAT.
Group bookings (10 people or more)
For online booking, the payment options are ; by credit card, Twint e-payment system or 30 day invoice. The customer must choose the means of payment when making the booking. The group discount will automatically be combined once 10 people have been added. The possibility to receive an invoice will also be available at this stage. The amount shown on the bill is in Swiss Francs which includes taxes and transaction fees. Theytaz Bazar SA is subject to VAT, his number is CHE-107.934.298.
Confirmation
A proof of payment will be sent via email to the customer. The e-ticket can be saved on a mobile device or printed which must be provided on the day.
Cancellation
A) By the customer
If you cancel your ride 48 hours before the date as mentioned above, you will receive a voucher via email of the amount you have paid.
B) By Theytaz Bazar
In cases of erratic weather conditions (such as storms, strong wind, hail, snow etc) or an incidental circumstance (road closure) with no access to the Grand Dixence Dam, the seller will close the AlpinLine zip wire. In these unlikely conditions the customer will receive a text message and a cancellation email. Followed by a second email with a voucher of the amount paid by the customer will be included.
If you are sure to not be able to come back and do the AlpinLine within 24 months, you will have to contact our office in Sion (*dial +41273227172 Monday - Friday office hours) so that you can get a refund.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Theytaz Bazar SA head office is based in Hérémence, the place of jurisdiction in case of dispute is at the court of the Hérens District.
